Walt Disney

.... a name that young and old knows!

At the Dream Factory, we're inspired by his fabulous cartoons this month! There are so many choices, and I think everyone will find his favourite cartoon!

Mickey - of course, the most famous Disney character ....and there are so much more!!
Three Little Pigs, Donald, Snow White, Pinocchio, Fantasia, Dumbo, Bambi, Cinderella, Alice in Wonderland, Peter Pan, Lady and the Tramp, One Hundred and One Dalmatians, Winnie the Pooh, The Jungle Book, The Aristocats, Aladdin, the Lion King, Pocahontas, Mulan, Monsters, Inc., Cars, Ratatouille, Frozen, Inside Out, .....just to name a few!
The list is incredibly long and I think I have not enough of a page to mention them all!

I chose "Frozen" for my creation

because Olaf fits like a glove on this winter card!
I cut him out from white felt and gave him googly eyes  :)
I also added some sparkle on the snow waves under his feet but unfortunately it is not visible on this photo.

Now it's up to you and I hope you have lot of fun with this challenge!

Ho Ho Ho ....

there is a new challenge at CASE-ing Christmas!!!
This month, we have a beautiful card from DT member Donna to CASE - see it just below my card.

I just kept the layout and the blue color for my monochromatic card.
The falling snow is made with an embossing folder from Stampin Up and
the stamps are from SU too!
Here and there, I watercolored the image with a few blue tones and I love how it turned out :)

...AND HERE IS THE CARD TO  CASE!
Original design by DT member Donna

If you've never CASEd a card, here's what you need to do:
Look at the CASE card photo.
Be inspired by some element of the card.  This could be colors, layout, image, etc.
Make a card based on that inspiration.

I wish you a lot of fun and look forward to see your creations!

HOC November Challenge - Stamp & cut a window!

Hello everyone!
Today begins the November challenge at House of Cards, and this time we will do some cutting! - But before mislead you, go quickly to the Challenge Blog and watch MYNN's tutorial on which you can see exactly how to do this!

No stamping for me, I chose only to emboss.

- First, I embossed a white 10 x 14,4 cm cardstock with a "Memory Box" die.
- Next step was to cut out the window and to stamp the sentiment.
- Then I stuck adhesive foam pads on the back and put it aside.
- Next, I punched a circle of blue cardstock in the same diameter as the window.
- Then I punched the parts with the firs and the sledge, pasted them on the blue circle and cut off everything that was above the circle.
- Finally, I glued the white cardstock with the window on a blue card, and the little scene in the circle.

And.....

I added a few snowflakes with a silver glitter pen in the dark winter sky!

Now it's your turn and I hope you have lot of fun!
